I bought a 2003 Pontiac Vibe on Saturday. A couple of hours after I drove off the lot I started having mechanical issues. Called Jake's and they had it towed to their shop and I had it back Monday afternoon. Today the check engine light came on and tomorrow the shop is going to get it straightened out and they aren't charging me anything! It's great to have a place that doesn't just turn their back on you once you drive off the lot. Thank you for getting this problem child of a car looked at and fixed for me. You guys rock!!!!

Super easy to deal with, if you have all your required paperwork you get a new to you vehicle. I love my volvo.. don't worry she's my baby, Nettie! As with buying any used car if you do not have someone knowledgeable to come with you to check it out, and you don't do your homework, you may come across issues you weren't expecting... Used vehicles are used.

I give jakes auto mall a 5 star rating Nettie is the best. I bought my 2003 Passat n I love it. I just have normal wear n tear that I take of. They went out of their way to fix my windshield which was amazing because I lived in lakeville at the time n Steve drove out there to fix it. They also fixed the wiring for my tail lights as well. After that I have had nothing wrong with my vehicle. They have also adjusted things for me with my payments which I still make my payments on time. I referred my bf to get a vehicle n we drove it back to St. Cloud n she drove smooth like butter. Amazing customer service. I am 101% satisfied n I will continue to go back n recruit people to go to them if they are in need of a vehicle.
